Cullen McKinney is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney who has successfully tried numerous cases throughout Michigan. He routinely manages multiple high-profile cases and is consulted on high exposure claims, and serves as national counsel and consultant for health care providers throughout the country.

Cullen McKinney is often asked to lecture on a variety of professional liability issues and he has been published in the New York Monthly Digest of Tax Articles addressing physician’s home offices.

He has been recognized by multiple national defense trial counsel organizations, including the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, Leading Lawyers, the American Law Society, and the American Institute of Legal Advocates.
