Emily is a newly admitted attorney to the state bar of Michigan. She graduated with honors from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. During law school, she zealously represented clients while participating in Detroit Mercy’s Criminal Trial Clinic and gained invaluable experience doing pro bono work with Innocence Maintained in Detroit. She also worked as a law clerk for TMND until December 2021 when she packed up her things to move to Boston, MA in order to participate in an externship with the United States Air Force JAG Corps. Upon her return to Michigan, Emily was enthusiastic to start working in the Medical Malpractice field again, and we welcomed her back to the team after she passed the Bar Exam.

Emily was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. When she is not advocating for her clients, she is spending time with her husband and her dog, Vanya.
