After nearly a decade of litigation experience with the firm Mr. Huebner has secured no cause trial verdicts in complex medical malpractice cases. Mr. Huebner has successfully secured dismissals for multiple clients through challenges to unfounded expert testimony, evidentiary issues, and summary disposition. His practice is focused on litigating cases from their inception through trial, if necessary.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Huebner was an Intern to Gerald Rosen, Chief Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. While working for Judge Rosen, he updated the chapters of the Federal Civil Trial and Practice guide concerning relevance and hearsay.

Mr. Huebner also served as a Student Attorney for the Free Legal Aid Clinic of Detroit and the Vice Dean of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Paul also earned the Wayne State University Law School – Warrior Pro Bono Award. After law school, he began his legal work at the Theresa Law Center in Bloomfield Hills, MI, acting as litigation support for contested probate matters.

Practice Areas

Mr. Huebner is licensed to practice in Michigan. His practice currently focuses on medical malpractice, workers compensation, premises liability, and product liability defense litigation in Michigan.
