Scott Fanzini is a courtroom veteran who has been the lead attorney on many high-exposure cases tried to verdict.

In law school, Scott was an editor of the Indiana Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Society.  He received several coveted academic prizes, including the Oherle Tax and Estate Planning Fellowship; the Dean’s Tutorial Society Real Property Fellowship; and the Indiana Bell Academic Prize, which was awarded to the first-year student with the highest grade point average.  After graduation from law school in the top ten percent of his class, Scott immediately went to work in the courtroom.  Scott has published and lectured in the areas of trial practice, medical malpractice, professional responsibility, and taxation.

Scott was selected as one of Michigan’s “Go To” medical malpractice lawyers by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in 2022.

Practice Areas

Mr. Fanzini counsels individuals and businesses involved in complex legal disputes, including in professional liability cases such as medical and legal malpractice, first and third-party insurance matters, catastrophic claims, business litigation, and appeals.
