Mr. Cloutier is a Michigan native. He attended Loyola University Chicago for his undergraduate degree and returned home to Michigan to clerk for TNMD in 2016.

Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Mr. Cloutier attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While at UDM Law, Mr. Cloutier worked as a student attorney for The Veteran’s Law Clinic, which offers legal assistance to veterans in the Metro Detroit area.

Mr. Cloutier enjoys playing disc golf in his free time and is an avid supporter of all Detroit sports teams.
