Mr. Sullivan has been practicing complex civil litigation since 2004, focusing on medical malpractice, long-term care, and transportation defense.
He is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, where he was a Dean’s law scholarship recipient, a member of the Law Review, and President of the Federalist Society. Mr. Sullivan has been an invited speaker at health system and transportation law seminars, and is a published author in the Transportation Topics Journal. He was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2014. He is married, and he and his wife Rachel live in Dundee, Michigan. He has two adult children, and three grandchildren. He is a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association, an avid hockey fan, and a veteran of the US Army Reserve.
